At Samira Luxury, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
- Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email us at hi@samiraluxury.com with their order details and photos of the product.
- Upon approval, customers will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or discounted items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items that do not meet the return conditions stated above.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp or at hi@samiraluxury.com with detailed order information and product images. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before they transition from “Order Confirmed” to “Order Processing” status.
- Once an order is in “Order Processing” status or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
